Destini · the life operating system for people who lead
The Destini ecosystem · for people who lead
Dear Dr Thanh. Congratulations on 33 years of Tan Hiep Phat, and happy birthday. This page is my answer to "what are you working on".
Destini links a 10-year vision to the one thing worth doing this morning, and lets layers of AI challenge it before you decide.
You spent decades building your organization. It is not short of work or of capable people. What is missing is one place to see the whole board: the next ten years, 7 areas of life, and this morning's move.
Destini is that place. ThinkSpace lays strategy out as a 3D board and lets layers of AI ask, propose, challenge and synthesize. FocusFlow and DailyTempo turn the move into work sessions and daily habits.
I built it for myself first. More than 2,000 days struggling on older systems, chains broken many times. On Destini: 381 days in a row, ~150 habits a day.
In a hurry? 5 answers in 60 seconds
Running for real on iOS · Android · Web. User number 001 is the person who built it.
For investors · partners: the 3-minute brief →Outline the VND 5B proposal
Why: the first 25 minutes of today's move (the 8:00–12:00 block) — and it feeds the yearly goal: revenue ×2
The 3-minute path · four stops

The whole ONE Thing course turns on one question:
What is the ONE thing that, once done, makes everything else easier or unnecessary?
It sounds easy. On a Monday morning, facing four things that all “make sense”, it is brutally hard.
Try a round. You are the founder of a 12-person company; your long-term goal is a business that runs itself. Four things are waiting this morning. Pick the first piece.
60 seconds · you are the player
Pick the right first piece, then watch the whole chain fall toward the long-term goal, even with black pieces (the interruptions) all around it.
All four sound reasonable. Only one pushes the chain.
Hint: each move should be only about 1.5× the one before.
Tapped order: _ → _ → _
🔒 Unlocks when you pick the right Tino in step 1
Pick a tile below ↓
Step size follows the sample scenario: a right-sized step fits one 25–90-minute session; a too-big step needs several sessions and depends on other people.
The case and the milestones are illustrative (demo trimmed to 8 tiers). The “1.5×” rule comes from The ONE Thing (Gary Keller & Jay Papasan); the outcomes here are a simulation to make it easy to picture, not a forecast.
In 60 seconds you just did what every leader needs to do each morning: pick one piece, and dare to leave the other three.
The hard part is that real life doesn't lay out four options. It throws forty at you.
Destini does that with you, every day, on the real data of your own life.
01 · The problem
Part 2/16 · Sound familiar?Does your day look like mine?A set of apps, on your phone and on the web, that works as an operating system for the life of someone who leads. Your whole life sits on one board; each morning you get exactly one move.
Part 7Busy all day while the thing that matters most sits untouched. Big decisions made on gut feel. Leave it, and you leak a little battery every day and drift a little off course every year.
Parts 2–4Because every other investment you make, from your company to your health, runs on the same foundation: what you choose to do each morning.
Part 14The person who built it uses it every hour. Before Destini: 2,000+ days, only ~20 habits, streaks broken many times. On Destini: 381 days in a row, about 150 habits a day. Six apps you can open today.
Part 13One shared map for every goal. One move a day. Fifteen minutes of review a week. AI proposes, you decide.
Part 9
Jalong
Another new AI tool this morning. A competitor just posted something. 99+ unread chats.
You open your laptop with a familiar feeling: the whole world is running, and you are chasing it.
I know that feeling. I lived inside it for years.
Before we talk about the way out, count for yourself, once. Last week, how many of the lines below were yours?
60 seconds · tick right on your device, nothing is sent anywhere
A big headline every week, new rules every month. Nobody keeps up with all of it. Trying to is the fastest way to get swept away.
You're not slow. You just don't have an axis to come back to yet: no clear answer to what is worth doing first. So every wave can pull you.
Runs only in your browser: nothing is saved or sent.
47 tasks, all the same font size. The task that could change your career sits right next to taking out the trash — and your app treats them as equals.
Hire this person? Open that branch? Take that deal? You choose on intuition + hope. And you never know if your guesses are getting better or worse.
The January plan is dead by February. But you keep chasing it — because you can't see how one piece of news ripples through everything you've planned.
You have the goals. The to-do list runs a full page. What you don't have yet is a map that shows which line pulls your five-year goal closer and which one only keeps you busy.
If you ticked three or more: you are not lazy, and you are not bad at this.
You are running your whole life on memory and willpower. Those are the two things that run flat fastest.
This wave will swallow the people who try to do everything, and lift the people who know the one thing most worth doing today.
Jalong
It all starts with Vision. Destini uses the most powerful AI, through two tools, EvoVi and ThinkSpace, to help you understand yourself deeply first — then brings hundreds of mental models and dozens of probability models to planning your life.
The result isn't a long plan. It's one 3D board: one look tells you where you stand and which move is worth making next.
From Someday down to Right now: 10 years · 5 years · 3 years · this year · quarter · month · week · today · now. One straight line from your life's purpose down to the task in front of you.
Spiritual · Health · Personal growth · Relationships · Job · Business · Finances (Gary Keller's seven-circle framework). Each tree has its own timeline, rooted in the same purpose.
An important node can send an AI to do its work (research, drafting, reminders, connecting to other apps) through the CrossAI bridge.
Every time you finish a task, a result changes or an assumption proves wrong, the map changes with it. Tomorrow morning it differs from today — and there is still only one.
You run your whole life on one ThinkSpace: coherent, visible, and smarter the more you use it.
AI now answers any question in seconds. But a wrong decision is still signed by one person. Leaders do not lack answers. They lack a way of thinking that sees years ahead.
ThinkSpace is that board: each idea is a piece, ten years is one game. On it, AI sits in layers, one job each. The result grows straight onto the board instead of fading in a chat.
Read where the AIs disagree, pick the move, write down why. The machine proposes; it never presses the button for you.
Six steps: Right question → Measure → Enough → Paths → Decide → Go. Four AI roles work on the same decision: interviewer, option maker, challenger (a model from another family, so it does not just nod) and synthesizer. Disagreements go into a table, not a vote.
Thirteen steps, a 3D character leads, several viewpoints in one sitting. The conclusion lands on the right node of the map.
One question, several AIs answer, one synthesis that shows where they clash. Already connected to ThinkSpace.
Fast and cheap, for small calls. Running in the shadows to grade itself before it is trusted. Not allowed to decide for real yet.
The chosen move flows down into a focus session. The session's result flows back to the map, and the goal's odds update.
AI does not decide for the leader. It makes you think deeper, faster, and records how you think. Your successor opens the board and sees what you thought, and why. A legacy is not only assets and a brand. It is also a way of thinking. See SuperMind in part 6 ↓

Vision isn't a picture on the wall. It's a living board — and a board is only worth something when the pieces move.
The next part is about the morning when most boards die.

Getting pulled under doesn't hurt right away. It bills you later.
Every morning you wake with a full battery: time, energy, attention, and the number of good decisions you still have in you for the day. Once it's spent, nobody refunds it.
Below is the same Tuesday, run two ways. One is a day pulled under, built as a simulation: the kind anyone slides into now and then without a system. The other is built on my real timetable.

| 🌙 Bedtime → tomorrow |
The rest of the waking hours (not in the table) are essentials: meals, commuting, chores.
The pulled-under day is a simulation: a bad day built to make the point, not a claim that every day of yours looks like this. The day with Destini is built on my real timetable (the “A Day in Jalong's Life” template in the Destini app); the sample “pitch” task, the ⚡ 🎯 🧠 points, battery level, mood and the biological energy curve are estimates to make it easy to picture — not scientific measurements or medical data. Destini's steps match the “One day, 5 apps” section in part 10.
You lose your rhythm. The most important work is still “tomorrow”.
Every year, bad decisions cost you the most expensive thing you own: time. And no one can ever refund it.
One mid-size wrong decision, the wrong hire or the wrong project, can easily cost you 50 million VND and half a year (an assumed figure; put in your own). Do the sum: how many of those did you make last year, and what did each one cost you?
The difference between the two days isn't the hours. The Destini day even starts 25 minutes later and ends 75 minutes earlier. The difference is where the battery goes, and whether it gets recharged.
The real cost isn't in one day either. It's that every day looks like that day. The most important work is always “tomorrow”. Health is “after this crunch”. Family is “end of the quarter”.
One day pulled under costs you an afternoon. A week costs you your rhythm. A year, and you are as busy as last year and standing in the same spot, while the market has turned the page.
Ten years on, you are still capable, still busy. And standing somewhere you never chose.
I teach The ONE Thing, a course built on the book of the same name, about picking the one thing that matters most. Those classes are full of people like that: working 12 to 14 hours a day, trading away their health and their time with family, and still not getting the results they hoped for. They are not short on effort.
Jalong
The first reflex of capable people is to push harder.
Get up earlier. Learn one more tool. Take on one more thing.
The three beliefs below sound entirely reasonable. They are exactly what keeps you where you are.
Some tools are worth learning. Without a criterion every one of them feels necessary — and learning them all never ends.
Some messages need an answer now. Answering all of them means letting other people schedule your day.
Sometimes you need more hours. But more hours in the wrong direction only take you further off course, faster.
Before each choice, put three things side by side: the result you want, the step you can take now, and the time you actually have. See all three on one map and you know what comes first — and what can wait. That is what I call an axis.
“What is the ONE thing that, once done, makes everything else easier or unnecessary?”
The core question of The ONE Thing (Gary Keller and Jay Papasan, 2013), paraphrased
AI can do more and more of the work. Except one thing: choosing which work is worth doing.
With a map, that power works for you. Without one, it pulls you everywhere — except where you want to go.
02 · The solution
Part 6/16 · Big decisionsAnd the big decisions?
Jalong
Keeping the rhythm of a day is one thing. Choosing the right thing to pour a whole year into is another.
This is where it hurts most at the top: the big decisions, usually made alone, and usually made on gut feel.
Walk through 9 steps with me, on a sample case: you are the founder of a 12-person company, weighing whether to go all in on winning a VND 5B contract. From your lifetime destination, down to the next 25 minutes.
Step 1 starts at the far end, who you want to become, so it looks a little like a game. Pick quickly, then press the › arrow on the step bar to move on.
Short on time? Jump straight to step 5: a VND 5B decision gets challenged before it can cost money. In the sample case, two hours spent checking the customer's payment history and the penalty clauses cut the chance of a loss from 45% to 23%.
9 steps · try everything along the way
🧭 The 9-step tour · each step at a glance
Step 1/9 · Set the destination
EvoVi · VisionBoard
You open EvoVi's Character Builder (a mini version of the real app). Pick the character closest to you (the app calls it an archetype), then an ambition level. It builds you a cover, 7 life rings, a mission statement, an 8-step domino chain and a Life Gallery.
Step 2/9 · See the big picture
Destini 3D ThinkSpace
The real layout of Destini 3D ThinkSpace (after Gary Keller — The ONE Thing): the MAIN "Ultimate Purpose" tree stands in the center, with 7 life-domain trees circling it. One color per tree, one goal per branch:
Step 3/9 · Across time
VisionSpace
A mini VisionSpace from the Destini GrandPlan app: the same 37 sample goals, four ways to see them — a spiral of 7 life domains around the time spine, a funnel from Someday to Right Now, wedge planes by focus distance, and project spheres. Unlike step 2 (trees and branches), everything here is arranged by TIME and DOMAIN.
Step 4/9 · Plan it out
Destini Map 2D
You switch to 2D mode and break "Win the VND 5B contract" into work branches. Real use case, real interactions:
Step 5/9 · Test your beliefs
⭐ SUPERMIND — THE REASONING BRAIN
You BELIEVE the VND 5B contract will be profitable — but belief is one thing, numbers are another. SuperMind spots the holes in your reasoning, measures beliefs as probabilities, computes the value of every option, and reminds you to revisit before you fool yourself. You don't do the math. You just answer one question at a time.
Step 6/9 · Schedule the week
GrandPlan SBS · WeeklyPlan
The SBS (Step-By-Step) engine pulls tasks from 2 projects on the map, dodges existing meetings, respects working hours — and drops each task into the weekly calendar. The ONE Thing claims the golden slot early in the week, when energy peaks.
Step 7/9 · Small daily steps
Destini DailyTempo
Five of my real morning habits in Destini DailyTempo; the number next to the flame is the streak in days, read from the app screenshot dated Oct 5, 2026. What Destini does differently: every habit connects to the map — tick it, and the odds on your annual goal move with it. The number row is the last 7 days:
Step 8/9 · Enter flow
FocusFlow · MomentFlow
You open FocusFlow, pick the ONE Thing “Finalize the VND 5B pitch” and hit start. The focus session is logged straight to that node on the map. Below is a sample session running — minute 13 of 25:
Step 9/9 · Close the loop
Decision Journal · Brier
Sunday, 15 minutes. Destini surfaces what's due for review, you log the outcomes, and the decision journal locks — no more “I knew it all along”.
These aren't screenshots. They are working mini versions of each Destini piece, arranged into one journey from a 10-year destination down to 25 minutes of focus. A sample case:

Every probability and value in this demo is an illustrative estimate, not measured data. The model only knows what you enter — anything left out is not in the conclusion.
Every node on the tree has an assistant doing exactly one job: listen, challenge, spot the gaps, put a probability on it, compute the value, line up the dominoes, remember. Press ▶ to watch the tree grow itself — then try “good news” and “bad news” and watch the star move.

Why:

Why: 2 hours of due diligence give you the option to change course: the chance of loss drops from 45% to 23%, the expected gain rises from +0.60 to +0.69B.

Your company has its books, its accountant, its month-end report. What does your life have?
Bigger companies have a whole system for it, known as an ERP: accounting, inventory, sales and HR all flow into one place, so the person at the top knows what comes first.
Your life, which matters more than any company, is running on memory, a few disconnected apps, and willpower.
Destini is an ERP for the life of the person at the top. Every goal, plan, habit and decision of yours connects to one map. From that map, each morning you get exactly one move.
In concrete terms, it is a set of apps on your phone and on the web. Six of them open today; to start, you only need one.
I call it the “super ERP” of a single life: for running it, and for deciding each next move. It has to be easy enough that each morning you only need to look at one card.
Destini is that axis. Everything you do, from the move right now to your life's mission, is lined up as one domino chain. Each morning, whatever the world just changed, you only have to tip one.
You don't have to learn all eleven pieces below, or remember their names. Start with one; you pick it in part 15. This section only shows what sits behind the card: the top half helps you think it right (Clarity), the bottom half helps you get it done (Control), and Cockpit sits in between, handing over one Next Move at a time. Six apps open today, each running on its own and being connected step by step: ThinkSpace already talks to CrossAI, FocusFlow is being wired to Destini DailyTempo through Apple Shortcuts, EvoVi and Destini GrandPlan still stand alone. CrossAI and WorldUpdate aren't open yet. The shared goal is everything on one map, following the roadmap in part 16. In a hurry? Skip down to the “Next Move” card ↓
10 layers of time, from “Someday” down to “Right Now”. Every goal carries a number: how likely you are to reach it (its probability). Today's small task always knows which goal it serves.
No menus, no 20 tasks shouting at once. Open any app and you see exactly one thing — with the reason it links straight up to your 10-year goal.
The AI brain reads your past week and proposes at most 3 changes. You approve; you don't start from scratch. When life changes, the route recalculates.
Think it right: who you are, where you're going, which move is worth it.
In your first 30 minutes you answer two things for yourself: who you are, and how far you want to go. You walk away with a map of your own life (a Life Map), clear on what you truly want. Three tools guide you: the ikigai compass (your reason to get up in the morning), the 7-area Life Wheel and your Domino path.

The one job it does: keep your habit chain from breaking just because you forgot, or didn't feel like opening an app.
next_move · your session log session_loghabit_log · day score score · day close day_closedestini://habitA 4-hour focus block (or a 25-minute session): silence the noise, press Start, do the one thing that matters most — on Mac and iPhone.
Version 0.3.0 (134) · TestFlight Oct 26, 2026
🎼 Running underneath both halves: the hidden CrossAI brain — proposes only, you approve. (It's the SENSE → MODEL → PLAN → ACT → LEARN loop in the next part.)
You don't need to remember there are 6 apps. You only need to know 1 thing and 1 map. The map computes this card from your goals, your probabilities and the time you actually have — then the card takes you to the right app.
Opens FocusFlow empty (25-minute default) — the task doesn't travel yet.
🛠 For developers: destini-ecosystem.json — the shared manifest, version 2 + Vision/Action groups and 2 modules + since Oct 26, 2026: Tino Drill · Destini Memory · 6 layers (additive fields only; v1–v2 readers still work).

Grandmasters don't rush. They read the whole board before they touch a piece.
This is the board of a life: seven life areas, running from right now to the far future. The small gold piece in the corner is what you are doing right now. Each piece can knock over one 1.5 times its size. Line them up in the right order, and a small task this morning pulls a ten-year goal along with it.
Destini gives you that view of your own life: see the whole board, choose one move, and sweep off the board whatever only drains your mind and your energy.
Line up the board of your life as one chain of dominoes. Each day, topple exactly one.
A board of 7 life areas · a 9-domino main chain · example: the founder of a 12-person company
Be certain every day is building the life you actually want.
Your whole life on one map. One right move every day.
From Vision to Action. Extraordinary focus!
In short: one map for your whole life, one card for each morning, 15 minutes of review each week.
The rest is detail. The machine only proposes. The one who decides is you.
You are the CEO of «Street Café»: 5 branches, 21 people, and one goal for the year, opening branch 6 before Lunar New Year. The map runs like a real day: customers queue outside, baristas move about, money flies back to HQ. Destini lays six layers on top: it listens for news, suggests moves, plans the week, keeps the rhythm, remembers, and looks back.
🧠 NextMove · round 1/3 · 07:00 — pick a move to start the day
🌍 Fresh milk up 12% · 🗄️ B3 morning queue is 9 minutes, two shift leads quit last month · ⏱ B2 is emptiest 14:00–16:00
Simulation · made-up numbers. Fixed rules, no AI: each move changes a few settings (headcount, opening hours, cost of goods, morale), then the map recomputes queues, revenue and cash. Not the figures of a real café.

You can write everything down. But writing it down is not thinking.
Notes, meeting minutes, documents, chat history with AI: every leader has a whole archive. Connect Obsidian to Claude, or switch on Notion AI, and you can query all of it in seconds.
That is a second memory. Worth having. But a note archive only holds context; it doesn't really think. It doesn't weigh two options, plan your week, hand you exactly one task at 7 a.m., or show you how you have changed over a year.
Destini splits those jobs apart. One layer only remembers. The other layers listen, think, plan, do and grow.
A second brain needs a memory (Memory) and a processor (Think) and hands (Plan · Do) and a mirror (Evolve).
Destini is built as a second brain with all 6 layers. Destini Memory is the shared memory layer: each app keeps its own log, Memory reads those logs, tidies them, and hands the right context to whichever AI needs it, before that AI answers you. Thinking, planning, doing and looking back belong to the other layers.

A layer is a role, not an app. Each layer has exactly one definition, and each one contains a “doesn't”, so no app takes over another layer's job. AI at every layer only proposes; you make the call.
Brings the world in only when a story touches an open goal. Doesn't create tasks or make decisions.
🔵 In the worksRemembers accurately, cites sources, hands context to every layer and to outside AIs too. Doesn't reason for anyone, doesn't write into other apps.
🔵 v0.1 · being builtTurns questions into hypotheses, evidence and proposals. Doesn't hold the archive, doesn't schedule.
Puts the work you've accepted on the weekly and monthly calendar. Doesn't decide for you.
Works hour by hour, day by day, and logs real evidence. Doesn't change the goals, only flags drift.
The mirror: shows who you have become and suggests course corrections. Doesn't hide bad numbers.
🌍 take in → 🗄️ keep → 🧠 think → 🗓 plan → ▶ do → 🌱 look back → decisions and evidence return to 🗄️
Between 🧠 and 🗓 sits the NextMove contract: the Think layer only hands over moves; Destini GrandPlan only schedules one when you tap «Add to GrandPlan». See the whole chain
New here? Nine apps, just six verbs to remember
Alongside it: the atom-wiki-JL Wiki, static knowledge from outside sources, 31 source articles. Memory reads the Wiki as one source. Notes don't make decisions. Every decision has evidence; every piece of evidence has a source.
Memory sits between every layer, yet no layer belongs to it.
It is a shared memory, not a brain. A competitor can copy the interface. They can't copy your own history of decisions, with the evidence behind each one.

Have you noticed how a navigation app works?
It doesn't force you to stick to the original route. You take a wrong turn, traffic jams up, you change your mind: it recalculates, then shows you exactly one next turn.
Destini does the same for your whole life. Five steps, repeated every week.
Click each step on the ring
Every plan breaks when life changes. What wins is a feedback loop: sense, model, plan, act, learn — then go around again. Fighter pilots, Toyota's factories, the Apollo spacecraft and startups all rely on a loop like this. Destini runs that same loop for your life: one lap a week, 15 minutes a lap.
The world shifts — new news, new results
News comes in, the map recalculates the route
Your week reshuffles itself by value
Today holds only what matters most
Results get logged, your forecasts improve
It has been proven in four places where one wrong move costs dearly.
ObserveOrientDecideAct
John Boyd, a US Air Force fighter pilot and air-combat instructor, named the loop Observe → Orient → Decide → Act. His lesson: whoever cycles through it faster holds the initiative.
In Destini: one lap a week, one move a day.
PlanDoCheckAct
Walter Shewhart described a three-step cycle for quality control in 1939. W. Edwards Deming brought it to Japan in 1950, where it was reworked into PDCA. It is the foundation of kaizen — small improvements, repeated forever — closely tied to the Toyota Production System.
In Destini: 15 minutes on Sunday, at most 3 changes for the new week.
MeasureUpdateCorrect course
In 1960 Rudolf Kálmán published a way to update an estimate every time a new measurement arrives. Stanley Schmidt at NASA Ames saw that it fit the navigation problem of the Apollo program, and the filter went into the spacecraft’s guidance computer: measure, update, correct course — over and over, all the way to the Moon.
In Destini: new information arrives, the probabilities on your map move with it.
BuildMeasureLearn
In 2011 Eric Ries built The Lean Startup around a three-beat loop: build a small experiment, measure the real result, learn — and only then keep going.
In Destini: every move is an experiment with a logged result.
SENSEMODELPLANACTLEARN Each dot’s color marks the matching step in the Destini loop.
| Destini | OODA (Boyd) | PDCA (Deming) | Lean Startup (Ries) | Feedback control |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · SENSE | Observe | Check | Measure | Measure with sensors |
| 2 · MODEL | Orient | — | Data | State estimation (Kalman) |
| 3 · PLAN | Decide | Plan | Ideas | Compute the optimal move (predictive control) |
| 4 · ACT | Act | Do | Build | Actuate — first step only |
| 5 · LEARN | Feedback loop | Act (adjust) | Learn | Correct the model from its error |
An approximate mapping: each model splits its steps in its own way.
The models above run a battle, a factory, a spacecraft. Destini runs a human life: 10 time layers, from Someday to Right Now, on one single map.
Every branch has a number. Your predictions are scored with the Brier score (Glenn Brier, 1950) — the scoring method Philip Tetlock’s Good Judgment Project used to find the best forecasters (the book Superforecasting, 2015).
Like the predictive control industry has used since the 1970s: compute the whole route, take only the first step, then recompute. And like the core question of The ONE Thing (Gary Keller and Jay Papasan, 2013): what is the ONE thing that, once done, makes everything else easier or unnecessary?
Authors and models named here are references only. The authors are not affiliated with Destini and do not endorse it.
Each link does one job and hands the next link one concrete thing. Between the Think layer and the Plan layer sits a small contract called NextMove: AI suggests, you tap, and only then does the calendar change.
The ONE Thing and the 7 circles, dominoes from a day to a life, your ideal character.
Weigh options, drill one decision, let several AIs argue, then you decide.
One move with all 7 fields. You choose: add it, later, or drop it.
Day · week · month · year. Agent Hives, suggested habits and automations.
Habits run on the schedule and tick themselves when done.
Every 25-minute session belongs to one move.
Who you became this week. Bad numbers are not hidden.
Destini Memory · the spine of the chain. Every link writes its decisions, with evidence, into Memory, and reads the previous link's context from Memory. No link has to start the story over.

Even the best plan breaks. A loop doesn't break; it just goes around once more.
And each time around, you understand your own life a little better.
The image below is my own Destini app on the evening of Oct 5, 2026. That day I completed 168 of 185 habits; in the morning alone, 48 of 48. The number next to each flame is that habit's streak, in days. Don't let the 185 put you off: some of those lines are as small as “10 breaths” or “2 minutes of meditation”, and it took me years to get there. Those 185 lines aren't 185 things I have to think about, either. They are rails already laid, so my head has room for the one big thing of the day.
Habit names as they appear in my app, shorthand and all; the Vietnamese ones are translated here. You don't need to decode every line; the number next to the flame is the point. The longer the bar, the longer the streak.
Four blocks, one main job in each. This is the habit frame, not the whole day: meetings and surprises still crowd in between the marks. But the marks stay put, like rails, so I don't have to decide everything from scratch each morning.
The four blocks above are the condensed “A Day in Jalong's Life” template in the app: 48 habits for the whole day, split 18 · 5 · 15 · 10. My real account runs more than that: 185 habits on the day of the screenshot, 48 of them in the morning alone. The two 48s matching is a coincidence. See the template in the app ↗

🟢 In useThe day's sessions reviewed inside the app: what, how long, where it drifted from the plan.
🟢 In useA session started on the Mac appears as a Live Activity on the iPhone; breaks run Apple Shortcuts.

🔵 Being connectedA quick note becomes: do it myself, hand to an agent, or drop. The agent takes it, reports progress, returns the result. Plus a default calendar, Health today and a mood check-in.
🔵 Testing · build 105, Oct 15Build numbers went from 27 (Sep 27) to 105 (Oct 15), then 134 (Oct 26, version 0.3.0 on TestFlight). I use the latest build every day; a bug met in the morning is fixed by the afternoon.
Now drop one sample task into that same timetable and see which parts the machine takes. Four views, pick one. If you only open one, make it “One week”: the whole week asks for just three appointments with yourself.
This is one sample day with 7 automated chains. The machine watches the clock, opens the right screen, pre-fills and logs. You tap once, where a tap matters, and 2 of the chains need no touch at all. This part is in testing at Destini Lab; the released version is still manual.
✓ One tap. The machine handles the rest.

You don't have to remember these 16 steps. They only show where the system steps in during one day on my timetable, from 06:55 to 23:25. Every step shows what you do · what the machine does · which app it hands off to · how many seconds it saves. Added up, the machine saves you ≈ 25 minutes a day 🟡 Illustrative scenario (an estimate for this sample day; the automation is still in testing). The five apps involved: ThinkSpace · CrossAI (not public yet) · Destini GrandPlan · Destini DailyTempo · FocusFlow, with the Cockpit as the frame and EvoVi for one evening beat.
Building the timeline…
The timetable comes from my real schedule (the “A Day in Jalong's Life” template). The sample “VND 5B pitch” task is illustrative, the same case as in the “7 layers in 7 minutes” tab; the H-… codes are fictional habit codes. Seconds saved are estimates for this case.
| Door | People come because they | The app solves it completely | Then it flows on to |
|---|---|---|---|
| ThinkSpace | want to think clearly | a 3D map + speech turned into nodes | CrossAI (ask) · Destini GrandPlan (tasks) |
| CrossAI | want to ask many AIs at once | 1 question → 3 AIs → 1 synthesis | ThinkSpace (node) · Destini DailyTempo (askTOT) |
| Destini GrandPlan | want to arrange tasks & calendar | ONE Thing + a self-arranging calendar | FocusFlow (session) · Cockpit (blocks) |
| FocusFlow | want to focus for 25 minutes | a session + break that follows the Next Move | Destini GrandPlan (log) · Destini DailyTempo (break) |
| Destini DailyTempo | want habits that don't break | chains that run themselves, one tap | Cockpit (score) · EvoVi (journal) |
| Cockpit | want the big picture | one thread from Purpose → Now | opens the right app in the right place |
Rules: (1) no door requires another door to solve its own problem; (2) data flowing across is a proposal waiting for approval, never a silent overwrite; (3) if the receiving app is missing, the card still reads fine (fallback link from the manifest).
You keep only 3 appointments with yourself: 15 minutes on Sunday evening · 5 minutes on Monday morning · one 4-hour block. For everything else, the Next Move walks you to the right app at the right moment.
See how far last week moved your goals, approve up to 3 proposals from the brain, then split your time across the new week.
Drag the card onto your calendar and pick a 4-hour morning block. Everything else arranges itself around your existing meetings.
Silence the noise and do the single most important thing. When the session ends, you quickly rate its quality and your energy.
Habit seeds come from your 7 life areas — each habit ties back to a big goal, and your streak counts itself.
Hundreds of stories pass through your map each morning. Only those that touch an open goal reach you, seven at most, each with a “why it matters” line. The rest stays put. News never creates a task on its own.
ThinkSpace, CrossAI, Tino Drill, or the Claude and ChatGPT you already use: before answering, the AI pulls context from Memory (the goals you're pursuing, past decisions, unfinished work), with sources. You don't have to explain it all again.
Example: a competitor cuts prices 20% → add 2 hours of pricing review, drop one Friday-afternoon call. You approve or skip — the brain never changes anything on its own.
A domino chain lights up from “Right Now” to “Someday” — say +0.4% (illustrative number). You see exactly where this week's effort went.
Your vision evolves too. 10 minutes a month to make sure you're still climbing the right mountain — and that no area of your life is starved down to zero.
Walk through all 7 layers of a deliberate life, on the same sample case: the founder of a 12-person company. Each layer has an app in charge, an example, and one thing dropped: saying “no” in the right place is the strategy.
Pick 3 values as your compass: real impact · speed of execution · helping others win.
✂️ Dropped: opportunities that “sound great” but run against those 3 values.
A mission in one sentence: build a self-running business that creates real value for thousands of customers.
✂️ Dropped: the “get rich fast” goal — it can't feed the mission.
The goal tree grows onto the map: 10 years self-running → 3 years top 3 in the industry → this year revenue ×2.
✂️ Dropped: the dream of going overseas — pinned to the “Someday” layer, zero hours this year.
Two moves compared by expected value: winning the VND 5B contract +3.1 beats spreading ads for small customers +1.8.
✂️ Dropped: spreading ads for small customers this year — the branch is folded, not deleted.
Week 28: the ONE Thing “VND 5B contract” gets the golden 8:00 slot on Monday; 5 of the other 6 tasks schedule themselves around 3 meetings.
✂️ Dropped: the 8-hour retreat — moved to next week on purpose, not forgotten.
One focus block every morning, background habits running alongside — up at 5:30 for 12 days straight.
✂️ Dropped: any meeting without an agenda between 8:00 and 12:00.
A competitor cuts prices 20% → the brain offers 3 proposals and you approve one: add 2 hours to re-check the pricing before signing.
✂️ Dropped: a new-client call on Friday afternoon — the time goes to the pricing review.
The scenario and all numbers are illustrative — not data from a real customer.
You don't need 150 habits. It took me years to get to that number.
You need one. One block of the day. One habit. Two minutes.
The repetitive part is moving to the machine step by step: automation is still in testing, and today's release is manual. The part that is worth your time stays yours.
03 · My story
Part 11/16 · The builderWho built Destini, and why?A letter from Hoang Ngoc Gia Long (Jalong), founder of Destini
At the top of this page I said my schedule is hell. I wasn't exaggerating.
Several companies. Several countries. Events with thousands of people. Billion-dollar partners. Back-to-back meetings. Long sleepless nights across a string of time zones. Chaos can break out from anywhere.
Work-life balance, for me, means juggling hundreds of balls at once. And I know one thing for certain: willpower won't save me. I need a system that keeps me on course, even on my worst day.
For nearly 20 years, I went looking for that system.
I learned from large corporations. From billionaires in Vietnam, in the US and elsewhere, with fortunes from a few billion to 100 billion dollars. From hundreds of discussions, over many years, with business leaders from 60 countries, around one question: how does the person at the top actually run their business.
Six years of running Keller Williams Vietnam let me see from the inside how a large system runs. It truly is excellent. It also has nearly 1,000 classes.
That is when I understood why not everyone can follow one. Every excellent system I had seen was too big, too complex, and asked for too much learning. And they had never been connected, from A to Z, on one unified operating system.
I have taught dozens of ONE Thing courses for leaders at Vietnamese corporations such as VinGroup, Sunhouse, MISA, Base and FPT. For more than 16 years I have worked hands-on with dozens of companies, from technology and real estate to trading, services and manufacturing, in China, the US, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
The people who come to those classes are usually very capable, work 12 to 14 hours a day, and still aren't sure what to do first tomorrow morning.
Since 2010 I have researched how to use AI to optimize each move in a person's life; that work received a Master Best Paper award in technology and artificial intelligence at an international scientific conference.
Destini is the answer I have been chasing ever since: gather the best knowledge, experience and tools I have learned around the world into one single system, built specifically for CEOs and the people at the top.
My colleagues and I have put thousands of hours into building it, for ourselves first. Since moving to Destini, with automation carrying the repetitive part: nearly 150 habits a day, 381 days in a row since I moved all my data over. Change time zones, it keeps running. A calendar packed with meetings, it keeps running.
More than 24,000 refinement sessions. If a button slows you down by 0.5 seconds, I will spend hours sanding it smooth. If a flow wears away even 0.1% of your willpower, we are ready to tear it down and rebuild it from scratch.
I use it every hour, every day. So I believe this: if Destini can hold my schedule together, it can hold yours.
Jalong · Founder & CEO, Destini

Refining Destini with my team, from the smallest steps up: more than 24,000 sessions, and still going.
The organizations named above are places where my students work, or organizations I have worked with. None of them endorses Destini.
So I understand why you are stuck. It isn't that you are not good enough. It's that no one has yet connected it all into one move for tomorrow morning.
I have worked on AI since 2010. I am not afraid of it, and I don't worship it.
AI can write for you, calculate for you, search for you. It can't live for you: it can't choose what is worth pursuing for you, can't be at the dinner table for you, can't sleep for you.
So Destini uses AI in exactly three places.
Stress-test a big decision before it costs money. Recalculate the route when news comes in. Remind you to recharge before you run flat. In the stress test, the AI marks what is an assumption and what is evidence, and finds the missing link; the probability math is pure math, with no AI involved. The machine proposes, you decide.
See a decision get challenged in step 5 ↑Open the right screen, pre-fill, set the timer, log it. You tap once, where a tap is worth it.
🧪 In testing at Destini LabSee the machine do 24 repeat tasks ↑One question, several AIs answering, one synthesis. That is CrossAI: it only proposes, you approve.
🔒 Not public yetOnce you know which domino needs to fall, Agent Hive will find, design and deploy the AIs suited to each field, to help you topple that piece cleanly.
The axis in the middle is the life you want to build, close to your Ikigai (your reason to get up in the morning). A swarm has a hive. Your AIs need an axis too.
No launch date yet. When it opens, you still approve every step.
Tell me when Agent Hive opens →Without an axis, AI is a storm. With one, it is the wind at your back.

Part 14/16 · Why investWhy put your effort here first?
Jalong
You invest in your company. In courses. In your team, your tools, your health.
All of those investments run on the same foundation: what you choose to do each morning, and whether you see it through.
If the foundation is off, every investment leaks. If it is sound, every investment compounds.
And it really does compound. One domino can knock over another 1.5 times its size; lined up, the 23rd would already be taller than the Eiffel Tower (the arithmetic is in the book The ONE Thing). One right move a day adds up the same way.
That is why I treat this as the first domino: fix how you choose your moves, before you buy anything else.
Remember the VND 50 million wrong decision from part 4? Avoid one of those and the plan I recommend below has paid for itself many times over (a hypothetical calculation).
This page has no direct checkout yet: “Ask about Committed” and “Ask about Leader” open an email to support@destini.vn.
Use it for a full 30 days. If each week you still cannot see the single thing most worth doing — 100% refund. No questions asked, no hoops. The risk is on us, not you.

Dr Thanh, I ask for 60 minutes to build the next 10-year map together, at your desk. I bring the machine; nothing to prepare.
No need to install the whole suite. Pick what you need most right now, do the 3 steps on the card, and watch it run in 1 to 2 minutes. Not sure? Take the “Every day” door: one habit, two minutes, free.

How to claim it
Valid for Quantum Leap attendees, Oct 7, 2026.
AI can do more and more — except one thing: decide how you should live. Habit and productivity apps are a red ocean; “a decision operating system for life” is an empty seat. That is the seat we chose.
To-dos, notes, habits: a separate app and a separate database for each. Plans stand still; when the world changes, fixing them is on the user.
A decision operating system for life: one shared map, a score on every move, one review every week.
AI takes over more and more of the execution. The missing piece — and the most valuable one — is choosing the right work.
Six products you can open today. Each one stands on its own; by design, they all connect to one map, following the roadmap below.

Product roadmap · three packages, one system
Order: Destini Personal, then Destini CEO; Destini CEO is part of Destini Biz.
Starting with Destini's maker, then the first 10 founders. Memory runs on the machine, context for every AI; Tino Drill · ThinkSpace · CrossAI wired in.
🔵 Being builtTeam Memory: shared spaces per project, read access by role, every decision has someone who made the call.
⚪ PlannedA daily brief from Memory into DailyTempo · FocusFlow; new joiners get the project context with their first task.
⚪ PlannedA private “life” compartment; share exactly one branch of the map, encrypted.
⚪ PlannedMemory templates by industry, distilled from courses; free when it runs on your own machine.
⚪ PlannedDailyTempo as the front door; Memory runs right on the phone, with encrypted sync.
⚪ PlannedAt every rung: a “What Destini knows about you” screen — view · edit · delete memories. 🔵 Being built
Each rung widens one circle of sharing. The richer a team's context, the more accurately every AI answers that team. A competitor can copy the interface; not each person's history of decisions with evidence.
Early stage, real numbers, no gloss. That is also our product philosophy.
